Share & Voice: Help Protect The Ocean

I found this National Geographic website that talks about making the right seafood choices and it gives tips on how you can help save the ocean. I think it is a really good website for people who likes to eat seafood because it teaches about the impact your seafood choices make on your health and the ocean in this interactive guide.

  3. I really enjoy eating crab legs, however, after viewing an episode of 'The Deadliest Catch' I now have a difficult time eating crab legs. I never knew how risky it was for people to catch Alaskan King crabs and how some people have actually been killed catching them, and they do it just so I can enjoy them at a meal. It definitely gives them a different perspective.

  4. I am not much of a seafood fan either, except shrimp. I LOVE shrimp. This site gave me good ideas to choose a more sustainable shrimp option! Thank you!

  5. This is a really good site. The section about KidSafe Seafood Program which informs parents the right choices to give their children when feeding them seafood would be really helpful. Many people don't realize the toxins that can be carried in many seafoods.
