Read 'n' Seed 1: Prevention is Primary: Strategies for Community Well-Being

The title of the book I chose is Prevention is Primary: Strategies for Community Well-Being. This book is about primary preventions and how we can build health and equity in communities. It also includes what people can do to prevent health and social problems before they occur. I chose this book because it seems interesting and I want to learn more about primary prevention.
There are three parts and fifteen chapters. I am going to read one part for first quarter, the second part for the second quarter, and the third part I am going to divide in half so I can write the third and fourth quarters.

There are three links where you can get more information about my book.

  1. Heidi, this sounds like it will not only help you learn about Environmental Health but also the different aspects of Community Health. Two birds with one stone, cool!

  2. Heidi,
This looks like an interesting read. I am sure you will learn a lot about everyday things and not only environmental health issues. This seems like a good book to help you in the future.

  3. This is so true! This is definitely an issue that many companies are dealing with and looking into today, instead of simply dealing with the problem as it comes. We know that if we don't really look into preventative measures, especially when discussing environmental health, we risk losing, reducing, or even worse extinction of many priceless animals and organisms.
